Email Notification
A notification will be sent to you regarding your order. It is an automated email that includes details of the order. This email does not include a tracking number, but you can obtain one by emailing us on sales@e-softonline.com.
Backorders
All orders are subject to the availability of the products and inventory reflects the details as of the last business day. If the product your order is not in stock, and hence backordered, then we will promptly inform of you of this so that you can take necessary actions regarding your order.
If you have paid extra for early shipment, then you can make changes to the shipping method for a backordered item. If no changes are made then we will ship it using the expedited shipment.
Credit Card Processing
All card payments are treated safely and securely adhering to the laws of privacy of the country and the website. Payment information will not be transmitted to any of the third parties. If you feel there is a discrepancy in the payment then please email us onsales@e-softonline.com.
As a merchant, we are under no liability whatsoever regarding the loss or damage caused directly or indirectly because of the decline of authorization for a transaction. Please contact your bank for disputes arising due to the decline of your card.
How To Order
Ordering Offline
For security purposes, we accept orders online and via emails only. You can email us on sales@e-softonline.com to place an order.
Our support team working timings are from 10:00 Am to 6:00 Pm IST, Monday through Friday.
Payment Terms
All orders will be placed only after complete payment. Payments must be made 100% Advance.
Payment Options
Debit and Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Net Banking Transfer and Discover) are accepted as payment options. We do not accept money orders and personal cheques at this time.
Volume Discounts
If you are planning to purchase any of the software in huge volumes then we may be able to offer competitive discounts for the products. Please email us on sales@e-softonline.com for bulk purchases.
Cancel Order
You can't cancel order once payment completed.
Product Warranty
E-Soft Online is not responsible for the warranty of the products. All products include the original manufacturer’s / OEMs warranty.
These terms and conditions dictate all activities on the website including the ordering and cancellations of the products.
