Salary/Compensation: 3.25 lacs per annum (80% fixed+20% variable)

Job Description: You are required to work with the Product Head/OEM/Manager for sales execution along with strategic objectives. You should be a highly motivated; detail, process and customer service oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic sales team by driving efficiencies and improvements. This position demands a high-level understanding of processes and procedures that drive a successful sales organization, as well as strategic thinking competencies.

Job Requirements:

§  Improve account relationship effectively and efficiently

§  Product knowledge of sales (Microsoft Cloud Office 365, Azure, Google, Data centre)

§  Strategic thinking, ability to improve processes and create opportunities from data/reports, team interactions

§  2-3 years of industry experience in datacentre/software licensing sales/Cloud services sales

§  Excellent understanding of best business practices related to cloud technology, sales, solution pitching  

§  This position works in a team-oriented, cross-departmental environment

§  Strong analytic and quantitative skills, attention to detail, ability to determine trends and propose solutions

Job Description

Account Manager will provide strategic input, project oversight, process improvement and tactical execution of Account (customer) at E-Soft solutions Inc. Working closely with the Product HEAD/OEM/MANAGERS will be required to deliver on KRA’s with these strategic objectives:

·       Improve Account relationship effectively and efficiently

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud o365 and Azure, Google, Datacenter, knowledge of sales

·       Assist in formulation goals to direct the sales team direction along with growth strategies

·       Drive accountability through reporting, analytics and data management

·       Provide complete road map of individual accounts allocated to the executives

·       CRM knowledge related with account management of top and bottom line

·       The candidate should be a highly motivated; detail, process and customer service oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic sales team by driving efficiencies and improvements. This position demands a high-level understanding of process and procedures that drive a successful sales organization, as well as strategic thinking competencies.
